Gopio event planning is broadly classified into two main categories, the free event and the paid event.
Gopio shall hold every event as an important and momentous incident.
Arrangements such as venue and the necessary infrastructure shall be discussed clearly.
Objective of the occasion along with proposed perspective analysis shall be done in accordance to the event.
In case of cancellation of any event, a justified reason shall be mentioned and in case a refund of amount, in case of paid event, shall be dependent on the level of the event that was planned.
All planned events shall be in compliance to the legal norms and shall not be derogatory to any section of the society.
All events shall be subject to the availability of the slots. In case of any overlapping of events, such instances shall be resolved on the basis of priority in conformity to the objective of the event.
Being a non-profit organization, all event registrations, bookings and reimbursements pertaining to the event shall be carried out in consideration and in accordance to the Gopio norms.
